This is usually an easy and quick fix. Try these steps. If it doesn't solve your connectivity issue call 1-866-576-5232, and we'll be glad to help!
This process is called power cycling and will often restore connectivity.
Here’s how to perform this procedure:
1) Shut down and turn off all computers on the network.
2) Unplug both the cable modem and router.
3) Wait a few minutes. Plug in the cable modem.
4) After the lights stop flashing on the cable modem (could take up to a minute), plug the router back in.
5) Wait until the lights stop flashing on the router. Turn on any computer on the network.
